With less than two weeks left for the much-awaited Delhi Assembly Elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday released the third and final part of their election manifesto 'Sankalp Patra' (election manifesto) for the polls. 

In the final part, Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced rupees 10 lakh life insurance and rupees 5 lakh accidental insurance for gig workers, complete cleaning of the polluted Yamuna river, and the development of a new riverfront in three years as well if the party was voted to power in Delhi.

Moreover,BJP has also promised to create 50,000 jobs, 20 lakh self-employment opportunities for the people of Delhi, and a Mahabharat corridor in partnership with Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

"The BJP will provide free treatment to senior citizens under the Ayushman Bharat scheme and we will approve it in the first Cabinet meeting if we come to power," the Union Home Minister said.

"We will also work on opening 13,000 shops that were sealed during the AAP regime. We will also convert 13,000 buses into e-buses,ph11" he said.

The BJP manifesto also promised free travel of up to rupees 4,000 annually for needy students in Delhi Metro under the National Common Mobility Card scheme.

Shah also said people living in 1,700 unauthorised colonies will get full ownership rights of properties, which will pave the way for the sale, purchase, and construction.

Delhi Elections 2025: BJP's promises so far

In the first part of the manifesto released on January 17, BJP chief JP Nadda announced a monthly financial assistance of rupees 2,500 under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana and rupees 21,000 for pregnant women.

Hockey India President Dilip Tirkey expressed his enthusiasm and stated: "This bilateral series against Germany will be a remarkable showcase of world-class hockey. The second part of the manifesto which was released on January 21 by BJP MP Anurag Thakur, it was promised that the BJP would give free education to students from KG and PG in government schools alongside financial assistance of rupees 15lucky sprite,000 to students preparing for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and other state civil services.
